Guarantee/Warranty
All parts are guaranteed to be top quality merchandise. Defective merchandise can be replaced for free in most cases. There is no warranty if the customer incurs damage due to improper installation techniques or abuse of the product. Customers assume all liability and risk when using high performance products. There is no warranty, expressed or implied for any parts used during competition, track, AutoX, and/or driving school events. Several products carry a manufacturer's warranty. All other product warranties will be assessed by case. Customer shall notify Jlevi StreetWerks within 48 Hours of defect discovery. We reserve the right to withhold refund until defective part has been examined and tested.

Product Use & Disclaimer
It is the responsibility of the customer to see that the use of their vehicle and items purchased comply with federal, state, and local regulations. The customer is responsible for seeing that the items are installed, used, and maintained properly, and that the items purchased are the correct application for the customer's car, unless the customer specifically asks for fitment advise. Jlevi StreetWerks assumes no responsibility for any damage to persons or property as a result of product misuse or mis-installation. Seek professional installation wherever applicable or necessary.Furthermore, by purchasing a product through Jlevi SW, you agree to and acknowledge that you wholly and completely understand and agree to the product description as listed on each individual product page.

Charges Applied to Your Credit Card
If you order using the credit card payment method, charges for your order are applied automatically when you hit the "submit" button - not at the time of shipment. This eliminates the need to store your credit card information in our system, and completely bypasses any risk of your credit card information being compromised in any way. Backorders
As stated above, all charges are automatically processed to your credit card at the time of submission. In most cases, your shipment will be held until such time as all components are available for shipment. In the event that a shipment must be sent in multiple pieces, we will be happy to ship the available items ahead of all backordered items. Products Priced at "$0.00"
Although all products with $0.00 prices clearly state that the customer should "Contact Us For Pricing," it has recently been brought to our attention that this may mislead customers who fail to read through the product information page. Although you can technically add them to your shopping cart, products that are marked with a $0 value or "Contact Us For Pricing" are not for sale for $0.00 and will not be provided should you add them to your cart. For pricing on these products, please contact us. JleviSW assumes no responsibility for delivering any products with $0.00 prices, and reserves the right to remove these items from your invoice, as they are posted on our website solely as an advertisement.
